Self-Care Sunday: Your Monthly Nervous System Reset 

Welcome to Self-Care Sunday, an escape where relaxation and renewal meet in a serene waterfront sanctuary. Hosted by Heart Resonance, this monthly event is your perfect pause—designed to reset your mind, body, and soul.

This month, join special guest Emma Masters, international fitness presenter and breathwork facilitator, for 30 minutes of intentional breathing. You’ll explore powerful techniques to both calm and energise your nervous system, giving you the tools to regulate emotions, release stagnant energy, and feel empowered from within.

Afterward, Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance will bathe you in soothing sound vibrations, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation where stress melts away and inner healing begins. Let the tranquil sounds carry you into the parasympathetic state, where your body can truly rest and rejuvenate.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a calming beverage, helping you to relax into the space. You will also receive a thoughtfully curated gift bag to continue your self-care at home.

Whether you’re seeking to unwind, release emotional blocks, or simply recharge, Self-Care Sunday is your invitation to indulge in pure relaxation and leave feeling revitalised, grounded, and ready for the month ahead.

When: Sunday 20th October 

Time: Doors open 4:30pm. Event starts at 5:00pm sharp, concluding at 7:00pm.

Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time to get settled in. The doors will be shut to respect the space, therefore, late arrivals can not be accommodated.

Tickets are $55 per person if purchased by 30th September. 

Full ticket price from 1st October is $65 per person. 

Ticket price includes: 

- 2 hour evening of Breakwork and Sound Healing 

- Self-Care Gift Bag

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and if you have one, an eye pillow for extra coziness! A water bottle is also recommended, and you may wish to bring a note pad and pen if you feel inspired to journal any insights.

About Special Guest Emma Masters: 

Emma Masters is an international fitness presenter and educator, a business owner and instructor who strives to change the feeling of fitness. After nearly two decades in the health and fitness industry having worked across a multitude of senior roles including Group Exercise Manager for Virgin Active Australia and UK, she has since successfully launched her own consultancy company; Experience Age Consultancy and co-founded Exercise to Experience, an online education company, helping studio owners and instructors alike to enhance their fitness businesses across the world.

With continued on the ground experience, she is a sought-after host and contributor to industry panels, fitness conferences and podcasts and is currently undertaking her most exciting project to date, as she uses her wealth of experience running her own boutique fitness studio, Therapy. Mylky Space is a hidden sanctuary by the water, nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast. This beautiful venue is purposely built to capture feelings and convey emotions - it is the perfect backdrop to find inner bliss and relaxation.
